The date format for mapping 'PeriodTo' in the email format for 'Missing Timesheet Email' is showing fixed format for all different users. This causes issue to multiple users from different regions (Which follow different date format) looking at email as they cannot rightly make the provided date details.
To improve this and if possible, date format for this parameter should be selected from UserOptions for the user/worker for whom email is being sent.
