Wish there is an option to easily identify, visualize filtered employee directory (e.g. management, team members or piers, human resources contact, life coach, project team members, emergency contacts)

Not saving filtered directory and saving as default directory menu item from user options, user might potentially conventionally print directory rather the featuring it electronically.
