Can a feature be added to allow users to personalize their workspaces by adding links to reports?

Hi together,

the lack of functionality to add a standard report or periodic task to a user defined workspace is the pain point. As Bhavin eplain it's not a problem for financial reports, created with the Management Reporter.

Without the possibility to add non-Forms related functionality (Reports, periodic tasks), the user workspaces are like unfinished buildings or cars without wheels.

From this reason it makes no sense to show this idea within the financial reporting box in the idea storage, it should be present in the main box.

I believe this is standard functionality already. I've implemented this for a customer who is on 10.0.11 (10.0.464.20008), PU35 (7.0.5644.41455).

I was able to add to an existing workspace and also to a new one that I've created.

You need to go to the Financial reporter, select your report that you want to link to, then click on Options in the top pane and then click Add to Workspace. This will bring up a little dialogue box which asks which workspace you'd like to add to and also how you'd like it presented - Tile, List, Link. Once you've done that it will then ask you what you want to name the link and what Group you want to add to.
