Hi there,

It will be good to have the ability to ignore attributes when a the trigger is activated on Journey level.

For example I have a trigger called "Reservation Update" with 3 different attributes like the below, and I have 4 different trigger journeys using this trigger. I would love to have the ability when the trigger has happened based on the 2nd and 3rd attribute for example to ignore it on a journey in order not to add the contact on that journey.

  1. Reservation Status (reserved, cancelled, checked-in, checked-out)
  2. Booked Arrival Date
  3. Booked Departure Date

Thank you

Can you please clarify? If you want to raise a trigger but only have a specific journey act on it (even though it is used by 4 journeys) then that is already possible by using conditions at the start step. While all journeys will get the Contact, only those journeys will accept the contact where the specified conditions are met.
