It is possible to block Item Variants for sales, purchase and service documents.
It would also make sense to add assembly and production orders, so specific item variants can be blocked for consumption.
This functionality would also make sense for Items (only manufacturing) and Resources (only Assembly).
It would also be great, if i would only see the non blocked elements, when I want to select a data record.
