Please consider adding an option to change the default filter operator in column filtering for view from ex. "Equals" to "contains", or other filtering type in model-driven app views. This would improve usability for users who frequently search by partial text in lists and views. At the moment, the default behavior requires extra steps, which makes filtering less efficient for end users.
