A configurable filtering option should be available to control which bookings are synchronized to Outlook based on their booking status.

The organization should be able to define, via booking status, which bookings are included in the Outlook synchronization and which are excluded. This would allow aligning the Outlook calendar view with business requirements, such as differentiating between preliminary planning and confirmed assignments.

The goal is to reduce confusion caused by non‑final bookings in Outlook calendars, enable a clear distinction between planning stages, and improve overall planning quality and calendar clarity for technicians.
