Portal web role uses individual “contact” or “account” only but there are no “team” concept. This should uses team or group.


 


For example, users of Portal belong to some organizations or operators of Portal is organized by team and need to share processes, message and comments, etc.


Or managing huge number of users for portal, team or group is necessary for Portal administrators to manage permission for contents.
