Currently I have multiple customer which are trying to configure the note entity to be visible only for the user created the notes. As I have confirm with the senior software support engineers in a way the note and the timeline entity are special and are not really customizable. As I understand there is a workaround which can be configure by the security roles but this might break the CRM and it is not preferable as it is not working 100% .

The suggestion for the new Idea is to have the option to configure the note entity to be visible only for the user who have create the notes
