Currently you can only see number of tasks overdue today and total number of overdue tasks in the Tasks box in your ESS. Customers and prospects are all wondering why you are not displaying the total number of assigned tasks? The good employee would not have any overdue tasks. It would save him extra clicks if he could read directly from ESS front page if any tasks are assigned to him. No matter if they are overdue today or later.
