When you open up the Environments list in Admin Center you sometimes find Sandbox 1, Sandbox 2, Sandbox 3, etc. and you have no idea who created those Sandboxes and what the purpose is.
Therefore I think it would be helpful to have some additional informations like username, date crated and maybe a comment / purpose field. So one could write something like Testing new Feature X.
