We need to be able to select resources that has electric cars, and add custom time value for recharge time.

lets's say Employee A need to charge 45mins every 300km, Employee B has gas car so no charge time needed, Employee C need to charge 30 mins every 200km.

for long distance it does a difference. For 900km trip (we do that often in my business), it takes 10hour in gas but 14h30-15hours with an electric car.
