Personalized Metrics change is not permanent currently and will be applicable only till the user logs out. Also, the changes will be on User level. System Admin should have the access to make changes to Metrics and the changes should be available for all the users. The users can adopt these changes basis their needs.

Please vote for this idea if you want the Personalized Metrics change available for all the users modified by the System Admin.
