When setting up an Event in MS Dynamics Marketing and using the MS Teams Live Event option, currently there is a toggle in the UI that allows for attendees to be able to view the recording. This is fine, however would it not be equally important to have a toggle that allows producers and speakers to download the recording after the event? This is a hardcoded setting (i.e. you cannot turn it off) when setting up a MS Teams Live Event in MS Teams UI, so why is it not a hardcoded setting when setting up an event in MS Dynamics? Further, there is no warning in MS Dynamics that tells the producer/owner that the event will not be recorded. We created an event in MS Dynamics and assumed that MS Teams would behave the same way as it would if we set it up using the MS Teams UI. We had told 500 customers that attended the event that we would make the recording available, but then we found out that in fact it was not recorded. Please Microsoft can you update this ASAP.
