When we send an E-mail from CRM(integrated with Server-side synchronization), it does not appear in the sent items of Outlook web app as it just sends the E-mail, it does not save it(due to present design).
However it would be convenient to view the E-mails in thread under Outlook web app if it save and send the E-mail.
