At the moment the BU Scoping only takes ownership in consideration.
It would be good to also respect/look at sharing.
Example:
A user has access to 10 contacts. 4 of those by owning them (either he or someone else in his BU) and the other 6 where shared with him. If we activate BU Scoping and create a Segment that should include all contacts, it will only include the first 4 even tho the user has access to 10 contacts.
