Currently, the Registration and Attendance sub-grid in Dynamics 365 Marketing does not consistently refresh after a check-in is recorded outside the grid. This creates confusion for users because the “Checked-in” status is only a visual indicator and does not update immediately without a full-page refresh.

Proposed Improvement:

• Ensure the sub-grid refreshes automatically after any check-in action, regardless of where the check-in is initiated (within the grid or elsewhere).

• Enhances user experience by reducing confusion and eliminating the need for manual page refresh.
• Improves operational efficiency during event management and check-in processes.
