This case regarding the portal, and specifically appendix connected to cases.

We need external users that log in to the portal to be able to see their cases and in their cases be able to see their appendix.

For ex: Images connected to the case. 

Right now, when clicking the picture, the image will download locally to the computer. That is a safety risk for us. 

We want the users only to click the picture and see the image in the portal. Without downloading to the computer?
