Dynamics 365 Eligible item picture or pictures upload for purchase order request generation

Wish there is an option to easily forward or upload eligible item picture (s) for purpose of purchase order request generation.


Not featuring option to process purchase requisition via picture method, user may potentially track conventionally or outside the system or through conventional emails.
