When a PO goes through a Workflow for approval and gets rejected, the Workflow button displays a message "The current record has been returned to you, or you have been asked to make a change. Perform any required actions and choose resubmit to resume processing".

As instructed by the message, when we make the necessary changes to the PO and Resubmit the Workflow, its again getting Rejected.

After making the necessary changes we need to Recall the workflow instead of Resubmit and then submit the workflow again. Only then it works.

The message currently displayed by the system is misleading the users. Ideally, the message should have been "The current record has been returned to you, or you have been asked to make a change. Recall the PO, perform any required actions and Submit the workflow ".

Microsoft needs to consider this as a major issue and fix it at the earliest, as this is causing big confusions among users.
