Scenario:



  1. In a customer order, for example customer has two items say Item A pick from store and Item B to be delivered from ship warehouse – Customer order with ship and pick items

  2. For the Sales order created from POS, lets says ship item is delivered first (Packing slip/invoice) from AX

  3. Upon recall of order in POS for the delivery of pick item, POS doesn’t allow the do the pick and complete the delivery - as the document status for the sales order shown in POS will be delivered/invoiced


Desired result:


Though the delivery is done for the Ship item for the order first, the pick item should be allowed for invoicing from POS on recall customer order – it can be treated as enhancement/bug :)


Possible reason:


Looks to me is that the Sales order header status changes to “invoiced/delivered” upon the ship item delivery, though we can see Sales order line item with status “open order”. Document status mismatch not allowing to complete the remaining pick item from POS.


Note: This case is applicable only when the ship item is delivered/invoiced first from AX and later the Pick item from POS.
