-If a new instance is created the newly created instance doesn't reflects on the home.dynamics.com

-If the users are created first and the instance is created later, this doesn't sync the tiles on the home.dynamics.com

-Each user has to login to home.dynamics.com and click on the sync button to get the new tile for the instance

-This is very time consuming and frustrating when there are users in large numbers

-There should be a global settings that will sync the instance to the home.dynamics.com for all the users

-Please consider this change in behaviour in next upcoming release
