Microsoft Agents will automate many of our recurrent work. Email processing is a huge benefit. But very important to automate everything is to integrate and analyze email attachments. We believe, this would greatly expand the possibilities of Agents. I think, most important will be PDF or JPG (scanned documents).

Use case: Orders, quotes etc. are most likely sent with a document with all the details of the order/request. Build this idea, and we bring Agent to every single customer :)
