Provide another out of the box activity type called Web Message that can be used with a web portal for communicating with customers. We created our own custom entity to fill this need, but the limitation is that we can't use email templates with it. Our users want to be able to use templates with this custom activity type. If there were a built-in web message entity with template capabilities like email activities have, that would be ideal.
