We understand that a retry mechanism is implemented in the email sending process from the Dynamics side.

However, if an error occurs before the request reaches Exchange, the retry process does not occur.

Specifically, in the process of linking email records to mailboxes when sending emails, if throttling occurs, the record itself is not recognized as an email and the process is skipped.

In this case, the request does not reach Exchange and is therefore outside the scope of the retry mechanism.

However, users perceive the above as part of the email sending process, and the failure to send emails leads to significant lost opportunities, which could ultimately affect the credibility of Microsoft products.

Given the nature of errors caused by throttling, there is a high probability that the retry process will succeed, so we would greatly appreciate it if you could implement this feature.
