Would like to have the ability to make coverage option limits or selections of other benefit plans based on the selection of another benefit plan.
Example 1:
Voluntary Spouse Life - Spouse life is often not allowed unless the Employee selects voluntary life, and then it's generally limited to 50% of what the Employee chooses for their voluntary life amount.
In this case need dual verification - 1) that the Employee selected Voluntary Life, 2) that the Spouse can select the same increments, but cannot select more than 50% of what the Employee selected.
Example 2:
Based on what an Employee selects for their Medical coverage, their HSA would have a different max amount. If someone choose Employee only Medical, then the HSA would max at one amount, but if they choose Employee + Spouse, or Family, then the HSA would have a different max amount.
