It would be nice to have the abiity to add and transact the warranty item (along with the linked warrantable item) on the sales order , when the sales order coming from non-retail sales channels like EDI/ excel/ manual.
Presently, the warranty item setup & link with warrantable item is possible, but we are not able to use it on a non-retail SO unless customized. Is there a way around this ?
