In the current design of cluster picking after performing the 'pick' step in the work it is only possible to validate/verify the cluster position/LP by scanning.
Example:
A warehouse worker has a cluster with 30 cluster positions (so 30 workId’s and 30 target LP’s) available. A picked item needs to be distributed in different quantities along the 30 clusters positions.
Explanation:
In many business scenario's you might require additional verifications on f.e. item, quantity, etc to prevent cases like physically distributing the wrong quantities along the cluster positions.
In every warehousing scenario this functionality is provided in the 'Work confirmation setup' (WHSRFAutoConfirm).
Possible new solution design:
adding an additional worktype in het 'Work confirmation setup' f.e. 'Cluster validation' (besides the pick, put, etc). Existing parameters as quantity-, product confirmation will do the trick.
