Book - Allow the Book scheduler to offer times that are taken by Bookings in Booking Status whose Scheduling Method is Optimize, with Travel Time calculated from the previous Booking

Right now, if there are 3 Bookings on a Resource's schedule, Book or Find Availability for a fourth Work Order only finds the availability after the 3rd Booking. If those Bookings are in a Booking Status that allows Optimization, Book should consider the space before and after each of the 3 bookings, and offer those as available times. For example, this fourth Booking might be closest to Resource Starting Address, and may be best fit at the beginning of the day; or it could be on the road between Bookings 1 and 2, etc.
