We are an end customer with development license.

Over the years, our end users have been creating configurations of all kinds, which for some reasons or for others, have become obsolete.

A typical case was when in Spain the VAT Percentages changed twice in a few years ...

Old configurations continue to appear in the Cards and Lists because they cannot be removed by historical information, but users should no longer be able to use them, not even see them (by default)...

This can also happen with Products, Variants, Clients, Vendors, Employees, G/L Accounts, Fixed Assets, Responsibility Centers, Dimension Values ​​and in general with any master table ...

It would be necessary to have a global system of "Only Hide" or "Hide + Block" Registries applicable in the same way for all the standard and customized Tables so that the deployment of the Selection Lists and to the Pages of List type these Registries were not visualized but that at any time authorized users can deactivate this mechanism globally or only for current entity so that the hidden records appear again and its configuration could be accessed to re-enable them if that is what they want to do.

In The Netherlands the gouvernment also regurlarly change VAT percentages. So it should be able to block VAT Posting Setup here as well.

Because no VAT Product posting group can be used without a VAT posting setup, the blocking option should be created here.

For a client we are going to create customization to make this working. When it is finished I will upload the sources in a comment.
