We need to be to stop the accrual when the employee has reached a certain number of days.
and then once the person has book some of their days off, the accrual should resume again and then stop when max limit reached.
I have accrued 36 days in March so in April my balance should not change.
I book leave for May 6 days, so my balance is 30 days.
i should re join the accrual In May and have 31.5 days and so on until my balance reaches 36 again.
