Hi All apologies if this has been raised already, I couldnt see anything specifically mentioning this, so here goes...

One huge issue we currently have with our field users of the App, is the point at which the app switches from working online, to offline, its great that it detects when there is zero mobile signal or wifi connection and so it will switch from online mode, over to offline mode automatically and the resource can continue working with no issues.

but....

what happens when the app has poor signal? it appears that this occurs a lot, the device has just enough mobile coverage to make the app feel it has a signal so it stays in online mode, but not enough signal that it is usable resulting in long waits for the screen to loads, neverending egg timers or flat out error screens.

Yes the resource can manually switch between the 2 modes, but human error creaps in and users forget to reconnect. The Autoswitch is far to black and white

0 - I have no signal at all - switch to offline

1 - I have all the signals - switch to online

Theres no inbetween - I have garbage signal.... so.... we'll just call that 1 for now and try to make it work ;)
