New compressed Journal views should default the full view

When an existing user opens the general journal the view is defaulted compressed.

The test data in CRONUS does not work with that view and the standard journals does not work either.

Could they please default the full view and not the compressed.

Thank you for your suggestion.  By default the window will open as compressed but once you change it to the full view it will open that way going forward,  it will look at the previous setting.
