Sometimes being logged in under the original user's profile isn't possible. I finally got some extra instructions via tech support, but shouldn't Microsoft Dynamics have a published document for this? Or better yet, shouldn't the uninstall process take care of deleting all the relevant files when logged in as administrator. Manually deleting files and changing registries is scary and time consuming.

Thanks for your suggestion. Many issues related to unclean un-installations have been resolved as part of UR7. Please do file a suggestion, if you still observe the issues.
