Both Contact (Parent Customer) and Case (Customer) lookup both Contacts and Accounts.


When you use the global dataverse search and get results, you are unable to navigate directly to that customer because it isn't set up as a url whereas normal lookup fields can be clicked on.


Please make fields that are Customer Type be clickable from the dataverse search results.


(Our alternative solution would be to store the account/contact in a separate regular lookup field to display it as clickable)

Additionally 'Regarding Type' is a hyperlink. This functionality appears to be developed, just not released on the Customer type field.
