It would be useful to be able to attach special comments to Business Central environments within the Admin Centre. When completing operations such as Rename/Delete, the user is prompted to confirm if special comments have been reviewed.

An example use case is that many developers can be working on a single customer, and when projects go for an extended amount of time, and are part of integrations, etc, with many configurations, we want to try and prevent someone from deleting the environment while the project is in progress. We could attach a special note, "Please note project XY is in progress. Please speak to Z before completing any environment operations".

While environmental practices are followed, this would be a useful safety net.
