Add Publisher to Page Extension Management

Page Extension Management cannot be extended (that's ok for security reasons), but please add the publisher column.

Business Central Team (administrator)

Extension Management page had some minor updates in 2021 release wave 2, adding sortable "Publisher" column as well as a new "Published As" column showing scope of the extension. Thus closing this idea.
