If solutions are a combination of Business Central extension functionality and supported by Power Automate(s) of PowerApps functionality currently only the Business Central extension can be offered and installed on customer tenants automatically.

Currently its not possible to add the Power Automate or PowerApps Solution that comes with the Business Central extension, automatically import it in the Customer environment and finally configure the integration automatically.

Possible approach could be to create a package that contains both solutions or has a dependency to the Power Platform component and its specific (min) version.
