Via Lookup field in MS Teams, Channel posts can be added to many D365 Sales and Marketing entities, except Competitors.

If we click in MS Teams on a message (channel post) - we can assign it with a Regarding field to Dynamics 365. Around 36 entities are available, like Account, Marketing Campaign etc.

But not the entity "Competitors".

it is not possible for the "Competitor table" to enable the regarding field. This is beacuse Competitor is an organization owned table. the competitor table is a Standard Microsoft Table not something we created "custom".

We can not change / tick in the table settings that the table should be allowed for creating a new activity - which would help to enable it in the regarding lookup field.

Can this be changed? Many infos about competitors come via MS Teams channel.
