In cases where batch operations last for several hours and there are open cursors it happens to get an error as an index rebuild operation is running at the same time.

Index rebuild is extremely useful but on the other head it must not result to errors to long running operations.

Our recommendation is to have the option to schedule index rebuild to periods where we do not have long running operations. If we have this option we can schedule our monthly operations more precisely because now we have the surprise of the error.
