Notes does not get Saved on the Notes Tab of activity entity when you add it as a description while completing a sequence step.

We were only able to see the added notes after adding sub grid/timeline on the notes entity which does not seem to be very intuitive.

Repro Steps >> Sales App >> connect contact to a sequence>> on email/phone call stage when selecting mark as complete, It lets you to add notes which are not visible.
