As virtual entities are not supported for change tracking, they cannot be utilised in Dynamics Marketing segments. Could we have the ability to directly access virtual entities in Dynamics Marketing?

This is extremely important for us as well. We moved several large entities to Cosmos DB and access them through the UI. That's perfect but we hit a huge barrier when we couldn't use the virtual tables in segmentation.
