Email can be generated to alert approvers when there is a purchase requisition requiring their approval however the outputs are not user friendly for the authoriser. The email can include supplier number and project ID however these often don't mean anything to the authorising user, it would be much more user friendly if supplier name and project name could also be included but these aren't available in the workflow options
