According to the document below, Relevance Search takes 15 or more minutes to show the actual data in the relevance search. I believe this is by design to preserve resources.

However, the Delete operation should immediately update since I've encountered users searching for data which is no longer in the database raising false alarm.

Kindly consider this change or devise an alternative. Thanks!
