In CRM we can have role tailored forms and dashboards which both use system views but we cannot tailor which system views a user has.
In our CRM we have multiple apps/perspectives but every user can see all of the system views, some of which aren't relevant to the other. This has lead the system view list on some core shared entities (Account/Contact) to be very long.
I know its possible to create user views and share them but we don't have a central team that owns all users as each is in its own business unit. That means every time we create a new view, we'd need to share it with 50+ teams or each individual user, which isn't practical.
It would be great if we could have a simple selector like on the role tailored forms, to associate system views to the context/security role in which they are required.
