License plate %1 already contains items with status %2. It is not possible to register items with status %3 on the same license plate.
Can this restriction be removed to allow the user to received a mixed LP for an item with different statuses please?
Has anyone attempted to work a way around this restriction?

Still needed. One of our clients are using inventory statuses as quotas for specific items. During replenishment process work is created with lines of different statuses, but work cannot be executed because of the same error as others have mentioned on this idea portal

Additionally, the change inventory status batch job fails when a single lp has multiple batches and one is being changed throughout the warehouse (for instance, aging status applied to all units of a batch). We have to monitor these exceptions to make sure aging product isn't shipped on a mixed batch pallet. If you can mix batches on license plates, they should still be able to be individually updated for status. If you can mix batches in a location and one batch can have a different status than the rest of the location, it really is no different. A status with blocking turned on is important for limiting the shipment of undesired products.

It's a big issue about the Movement for LP's, because my cliente has 1 LP with 3 diferent avaiable inventory status (like clear / ready and customer X) but D365 can't move this LP for another Location with the error "Line n°1 don't has a same Inventory Status on the LP"

Hi Ian,
we have a similar requirement to maintain separate inventory status - but per per serial number - on the same license plate.
Until now, as workaround a separate license plate per serial number with own inventory status was suggested, or using a location without license plate tracking for serial numbers. Both ideas are not compatible with our processes and quantities in warehouse, so still looking for solution.
The only workaround I see for you now is to create a second license plate for items with different inventory status and if necessary use "license plate build" or "license plate break" functionality to move items together.
