The platform offers metadata tables for (API) pages which can used to inspect which API's are available and which table fields they expose:
- 200*138 - Page Metadata
- 200*192 - Page Control Field
We want to use these tables to configure the API consumption of an external service from within Business Central.
There is however no means of getting information about available pageparts on a given page. We would have to request the API metadata for that, which is a bit cumbersome from within Business Central itself.
We would like to see a reflection table added for pageparts (at least for API pages). The table should contain at least:
- Page No. or Page Name
- Pagepart Name
- Referred Page No. or Page Name
- Multiplicity
