Add conditions to project timesheet approval workflow

The project timesheet approval workflow has a very limited amount of workflow conditions. The following scenarios cannot be configured due to its restrictions:
- different approver based on the project group or other project related field
- different approver based on the resource or associate role

Adding the project table, project resource and other related table to the workflow conditions would provide the flexibility that companies need.

That would be a good improvement. It is a common scenario that project managers register time on their own projects and hence there should be a possibility to have those transactions automatically approved.

The workflow should be able to check the timesheet line resource against the project manager table to see if they are one and the same person. In this test, the system needs to check on a different field than the record-ID as it does today as these fields will not match.
