But currently, there are only four checkboxes ('Bid only', 'One-time supplier', 'Locally owned', 'Small business') and no ability to tailor.

Microsoft can and should be doing more to provide a foundation for socially-responsible companies to capture the right sort of data. Until we can do that, it's difficult to track performance.
