Currently, although there is an Owner field defined, there is no way to change the Owner of an Email Template. This is problematic because it eliminates the ability to create a template for another user to use as a personal template. Without this option we are forced to either created all templates as viewable by the organization or only view templates by the user that created them. It seems odd every other entity in the system has the ability to reassign the owner and email templates do not.
